I’ll finish : Golf commentary or euphemisms for sex?

Written by Douche Larue

Golf is a pretty boring sport to watch. And even when playing with people you really enjoy spending time with, it can sometimes leave a player feeling empty inside. But, have you ever really listened to a golf commentator? A boring phrase can turn colorful and amusing if you just imagine that he may be describing something else…

Get long

I don’t have any idea where he was going with that one

Get. In. The. Hole.

Coming out of the rough hot and heavy

Be the right stick

Swallowed in the long grass

Bad choice of club for this hole location

Didn’t hit it hard enough

Just stick it close and finish up

Gonna need a stimpmeter to grade those undulations

Don’t want to hear: breaks right at the hole

Plays it from behind the hole and backs it up

Ooh, that didn’t sound good; that could be trouble

Don’t want to hear: Bounces twice and stops

The head on his driver is enormous

He’s backed off this twice. No clue what direction this is gonna come out at

Hits it long, but fades at the end

Don’t want to hear: He’s got a short iron into this hole location

Finished his round at +8

He’s playing bunker to bunker golf today

Nice shot. He’ll have a short finish

Hits the stick but the ball’s gonna end up far away from the hole

A lot of bumps on this green. Can’t be good

He’s gonna have his caddy take a look…

Playing from the fringe. No way to tell which way this one is going to roll

14 clubs in his bag and none able to hit this properly

you coulnd’t draw it any better than he did right there

Kick…

He’s not going to like that lie

That flex shaft is really working for him today

Hope he has the right club for this situation

He’s going to have to hit this one straight to end up in this narrow fairway

Difficult to be the last group out. People have been walking this course all day long

any others that i missed should be left below

Didn’t hit it hard enough
