Good day folks! Its off to a good start here in the office, Guinness is afloat and the Jameson is not far behind.

On this Special Day seems a good time to let you know that while the Irish are encouraging your green guzzling, the Australian Drug Foundation has launched the Good Sports program to reduce the use of alcohol and drugs on sporting teams.
